BOOKS

For my first post I wanted to give you a little update on me and what I'm into at the moment.

I've been reading quite a bit recently and I thought I'd post some of what I've read over the past few months and what I'm planning to read next.  I have got a joint book blog (goodreadsforteens.tumblr.com) which hasn't really been active recently because my cousin and I have been busy with school and all that, but there are some reviews up there if you wanna check it out.

Anyway here are some of the books (that should be on the book blog) that I've read and wanted to share:

- Mojo by Tim Tharp
- Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
- Lola Bensky by Lily Brett
- Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis
- The Tempest and Othello by William Shakespeare
- Pulp Fiction by Quentin Tarantino (the script - the film is amazing)
- How to Build a Girl by Caitlin Moran
- The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon
- Not That Kind of Girl by Lena Dunham
- The Marriage Plot by Jeffrey Eudenides
- Submarine by Joe Dunthorne
- Bad Feminist by Roxane Gay
- Clothes Music Boys by Viv Albertine

And now some books that I wanna read really soon:

- Yes Please by Amy Poehler
- Trainspotting by Irvine Welshe
- Sexual Subversions by Elizabeth Grosz
- We the Peoples by Kofi Annan
- The Empathy Exams by Leslie Jamieson
- Morrissey's autobiography
- Snow Falling on Cedars by David Guterson
- 1984 by George Orwell
- Golden Boys by Sonya Hartnett
- On the Road by Jack Kerouac
- A Visit from the Good Squad by Jennifer Egan
- A Scene in Between by Sam Knee

- Lotte

  1. I'm currently re-reading 'Paper Towns' by John Green and I really love it. I would highly reccommend it if you haven't read it yet :)
